POOL AND GAMES ROOM
We are delighted to announce that the indoor swimming pool and steam room are now completed.
Pool Games Room
GARDEN
We have garden furniture and a barbeque for people to enjoy during the summer months and a range of toys for children. There is plenty of room for children to run around and it is very safe, although we do ask that you are considerate to other guests.
PETS
We do allow dogs by prior arrangement but we do ask that they are kept on a lead at all times, only walked in the 'dog walking area' and cleaned up after. They are not allowed in the bedrooms. There are many walks outside of our boundaries on public footpaths.
SMOKING
Smoking is allowed but we ask you to refrain from smoking in the bedrooms.
OCCUPANCY
We don't have a change over day and try to be as flexible as possible.
Check in is after 4pm and departure before 10am. This can sometimes be extended wherever possible.
LINEN
All bedding and towels are included and changed weekly if required. Swimming towels are provided but not changed during your stay.
All beds have quilts and pillows.
TERMS
Security Deposit payable on booking is £100 for 2 bed cottages and £200 for 4 bed cottages. For people with pets the deposit is £200 regardless of the size of cottage. This is returned after your departure and the cottage is checked. Charges will be made for damage or excessive cleaning. The rental on the cottage must be fully paid 28 days before arrival.
CHILDREN
We do have a travel cot and high chair. These need to be requested at the time of booking a cottage.
