How To Find Us...

From London, follow the A2 in the direction of Dover or on the M25 exit at the Dartford Tunnel junction and follow the A2 until you get to the junction with the A289. Proceed in the direction of Rochester and keep left towards Grain.

Keep following the signs to Grain (A228) and go onto the new bypass, follow this to the end. At the roundabout, turn left, go up Four Elms Hill and keep following this road over three roundabouts, at the fourth it is the second exit, then past a small petrol station on your right. At the next roundabout turn left, towards Allhallows, and after 50 yards turn left again. It is a very small lane named 'Newlands Farm Road'. If you get to the Fenn Bell Public House then you have gone too far!

Drive down this lane to the end. you will pass a bungalow and a big farm house on your right. There wll be a pond in front of you. Bear right here and drive between the barn and back of the stables. Follow this track to the end.

You will see a house in the distance. Once you arrive at the gates you either enter your code or ring the bell at the gates. If you have already paid, drive in past the house and follow the drive around. The cottages will be in front of you and you can park in front of them.

From Dover, you would follow the M2 until Junction 1 (A289) towards Grain and this takes you onto the new bypass mentioned above.
